Welcome to Athletes 4 Change

Athletes 4 Change is proud to be teaming up with the Kansas Kaos to promote diabetes awareness. The foundation, along with the Kaos players and Kaos Girls, will be hosting charity events throughout the Kansas City metro and surrounding areas to promote screening, treatment, prevention and education of the impact of diabetes in sports.
